First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Bojangles'.
Manager
I went for an interview, and there was a wait of about 20 minutes. Then, I had the first interview. After that, I was called for a second interview, which was shorter, around 10 minutes. They mentioned they'd get back to me within 10 days. They did call again, and I proceeded to a third and then a fourth interview. So, after a total of four interviews, I received the job offer. It felt totally worth the effort. My advice is to give your best effort if you get selected for an interview, regardless of how long the process might be.
- In what ways can you contribute to the growth of this company?
- What specific contributions can you make to this company?
Assistant Manager
I had an interview with Mrs Dot, and she was very pleasant but straight forward. I can tell her stores are highly ranked for a reason. She asked me questions about my work history, my background etc. and told me all the great things about working for his company.
- Tell me about a situation where you disagreed with a manager regarding special treatment and how you handled it.
- Describe a time you had to de-escalate a conflict between coworkers.
Assistant Manager
I got a call from someone to schedule an interview. I got there on time and waited 15 minutes, and then was interviewed by someone else. The interview was pretty standard, asking about stuff on my resume, my background, and my goals.
