Support Technician
I was contacted by an HR representative from Milan for a video call to discuss my work and experience. After that, I was given a test with aptitude and behavioral questions. There were 45 questions to complete within 20 minutes. I emailed her after finishing the test and followed up, but I haven't received a response yet. I'm surprised by this lack of communication from such an international company, especially from an HR person based in Europe with strict employment policies. Candidates should at least be informed if they've been rejected, accepted, or if their application is on hold.

Associate Consultant
So I had four phone calls / meetings in total. First was with an executive to see if there was interest from both sides, then the first real interview was with the hiring manager. The third was an hour long interview with 2 consultants asking lots of behavioral and technical questions. The fourth was with a team lead going over more technical questions on their end, and any other questions I had. I was disappointed with two things. 1.) There seemed to be a lack of respect for my time from the hiring manager. The HR rep placed the meetings on my calendar without asking for my availability. This often to led to me having to ask for a new time when it didn't fit with my schedule, and once we agreed on times, the meetings were shifted are again. Even with the shifts, I was rarely asked for my availability and thus the process repeated itself. 2.) The interviewers rarely seemed excited about their work and it felt like my interviews were simply just a "task" for them that they had to get through. I get it that they're busy and likely have other projects to work on, but this came across unprofessionally and I did not feel valued.

Product Support Specialist
I had an initial chat with HR about general things like my motivations for applying, my skills, and so on. They then asked me to complete an aptitude test, which I spent 2-3 days preparing for, dedicating about 6 hours each day. I took the test and passed it. I got an email stating they would forward my application to the hiring manager. However, after that, I heard nothing for about two weeks. I sent a few follow-up emails, and eventually, I was informed that the position was being relocated, and thus they wouldn't be proceeding with my candidacy. I was really disappointed considering the significant amount of time I put into preparing for and completing their test, only for them to change their minds without acknowledging the effort candidates put into their hiring processes. I found their hiring approach to be immature and unethical, and I wouldn't recommend this company.

After an initial standard interview, the next main part is to get familiar with the Board Software. It's a good idea to watch YouTube videos with screenshots beforehand to know your way around the software. My main problem was with connectivity, so ensure your internet connection is really strong well before the interview starts. Even if it means you have to go sit in someone else's living room. It's a great company, and the people are knowledgeable and welcoming.
