Restaurant Attendant
The process is in three steps, on the same day. First, an interview with the management, then with the store's owner partner. The last phase is a practical operational test in the store. If approved, the process for the medical examination begins, followed by submitting documentation and setting the start date.

Enterprise Architect
It was a two-round process with the hiring VP and CIO, focusing on asking the right questions, and it was very professional. One of the interviews was remote, and the other was in person. Communication was good, and they were patient with the transition.
- Can you share your experience and how you've tackled various challenges?
Email Developer
After submitting my application, I got an email a few days later. I then had a phone conversation with the recruiter, Michael, and after that, a call with the hiring manager, Erin. I also had to complete a technical assessment. Everyone on the team was really nice and they communicated really well. Michael was super helpful, I'd spoken to him before and he gave me coaching tips to do my best. Erin asked some really good, deep questions and was very thoughtful. It was a tough interview, very thorough, but they were clear about what they wanted. No tricky questions, thankfully!
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What were the reasons for leaving your last job?
- What inspired you to apply for this specific position?
Accounting Analyst
The interview had 3 stages, with the first contact via Linkedin and the rest by Email. 1st Stage: With the Recruiter, I did a personal presentation, talked about my career, future plans, and heard about the company's history. 2nd Stage: With the Coordinator and Accounting Manager, we had a chat, I did my personal presentation, talked about my experiences, and heard about the activities to be performed. 3rd Stage: As a month has passed, I believe I didn't get the job and haven't received feedback. Opinion: The company is expanding, and a temporary opportunity might become permanent.
