First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Biz2Credit.
Collections Specialist
The candidate showed they understood the main things needed for the job and could talk about their past work well. They knew enough about how to do the day-to-day tasks but could get better at the harder stuff and thinking more deeply. They communicated okay, usually answering in a structured way, but sometimes weren't confident or clear when asked more. They seemed keen and positive, which is good. All in all, they seem like a decent fit for the role, but will need some training. They should get better with time and the right onboarding. Recommendation: Move to next round / Good candidate but needs development.
- When you have many overdue accounts with different levels of lateness, how do you decide what to focus on first for collections?
- Describe how you deal with customers who keep paying late even after you've followed up with them regularly.
- What do you do to sort out payment disagreements while still making sure you collect payments on time?
Data Scientist
The interview process involved three rounds. The first was a technical round where they asked about my internship experience and then moved on to a Pandas question on Google Colab. They also asked a puzzle. The second technical round covered fundamental questions on ML/DL models and their metrics. Lastly, there was an HR round.
- Can you share your internship and project experience in data science?
- Could you demonstrate your Pandas skills with two coding questions on Google Colab: one for group by and another for modifying a data frame?
- Would you be able to solve the burning rope puzzle?
Software Engineer
So I applied for this job and like a month ago they called me for a face-to-face interview at Biz2X. It was a four round process. First, we all had this presentation by the Head of Talent Acquisition where they talked about the company and stuff. Then came the Online Round, which had like six parts: Aptitude (maths, reasoning, verbal), Coding (2 questions, easy-medium), OOPs, DBMS, OS, and DSA. If you passed that, you went straight into the first technical round, which was about 30-40 mins and focused on my projects, resume skills, and OOPs, DBMS, DSA basics. After that, I had a manager round which was like a second technical interview, digging deeper into my tech stack, DBMS, DSA, and core concepts. The last part was the HR round, about 30 minutes, asking why I wanted to do engineering and other HR stuff. The whole process was pretty smooth, the TA team was nice, and since it was long, they gave us snacks. Good experience overall, they were really hospitable.
- Can you discuss DBMS concepts such as Query, Joins, and Index in more depth?
- What are the approaches for Binary Tree traversal?
- Tell me about the projects and technologies mentioned on your resume.
Marketing Coordinator
First, had a phone chat with HR, pretty standard intro stuff. Camille was super nice and answered everything I asked. Then, a video call with the department head, where the questions got way more specific to the job and my background. After that, it was three back-to-back 30-minute chats with future coworkers. These were really conversational and fun, and gave me a great feel for the team dynamics and a chance to ask tons of questions. Got an offer over the phone about a week later, accepted, and started two weeks after that. The whole Biz2Credit interview was quick but covered everything I needed to know.
- Could you describe your ideal management approach?
- Tell me about a weakness you have.
- What's your strategy for managing several projects simultaneously?
