The first technical round was fine, with basic questions. The second technical interview was strange and happened twice. The first time, the interviewer was distracted and only asked a few vague questions in 10 minutes, leading to a rejection. I spoke with HR, who was helpful, and she agreed to reschedule because the rejection reasons weren't technical. The second attempt at the second interview was very awkward. An HR team member was present because the interviewer had behaved this way before. He continued with vague statements he called questions, creating a hostile environment. The HR team member intervened several times, asking him to conduct the interview professionally, but he argued. This hostile interview lasted 35 minutes, after which I lost my temper and asked him to stop. He then left, and the HR head joined. I explained the situation and apologized for losing my cool. The HR head apologized for the interviewer's behavior, promising action, and stated this isn't typical for their company. Everyone else from HR was understanding and supportive.

The overall experience was average. You just need to be clear with the concepts you've mentioned in your resume; they will ask everything from there only. This was my overall experience.

The hiring process involves several steps: First, there's a written test with 30 objective questions covering math, reasoning, and your field. Then, a technical round with a senior member for 30-40 minutes focusing on your resume's technical skills. Following that, another technical round with the Lead/Manager, where they assess your process knowledge, basic field concepts, communication, confidence, and resume details, plus some questions on applied company work. Finally, an HR round for salary negotiation, and a talk with the Director General, where you still need to be serious and confident as elimination is possible.
