The interview process was pretty simple and involved basic questions. They asked why I wanted to work there, about a time I dealt with a tough customer and how I handled it, and what my coworkers would say about me. It's a plus if you already have phlebotomy experience or a certification.

I got to my interview a little early and it seemed like they were busy and didn't know I was coming. I was supposed to interview with one manager, but I ended up waiting and talking to someone else. The interview was nice and easy, and they asked me about my past experiences and about some hypothetical situations. They asked me if I had any questions, and then said I should hear back within two weeks, but I never did. I've heard some people get a tour, but I didn't, which maybe means I wasn't chosen. They never officially rejected me, and my application still says 'interview status,' but it's been months.

The communication was terrible. The interview itself was easy, I was asked basic questions about my experience, ability to handle conflict, etc. I applied for this job almost two months ago. I got an email asking me to complete a video interview, but I was never sent the link. After almost forgetting about this job application, I received another email to schedule an in-person interview. I was given the name of the interviewer, but I didn't interview with that person. At the end of the interview, I was told I would hear back by the end of the week, but it's been almost 4 weeks and I've heard nothing. I've withdrawn my application because I wouldn't recommend wasting time applying to a company with this kind of interviewing and hiring process. This is an entry-level position with no experience needed.

You'll have an online interview before the in-person one. There are 5 questions, and you can practice them beforehand, but your practice answers won't be saved. Once you feel ready, you start the actual interview. The questions are pre-recorded, and you get at least 3 chances to practice your response before submitting your final answer. Be careful with your clicks, I accidentally submitted a question without an answer by clicking too fast.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you share your greatest career accomplishment?
  • Describe a time you showed respect and honored someone through your actions at work.
  • Tell me about a situation where you juggled multiple priorities and how you managed to complete your tasks.
