Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Biolife Plasma Services.
Registered Nurse
The interview was conducted very openly and honestly. Everything that was important to the employer was communicated. Otherwise, it was standard application questions. I also had time for my own questions. Afterwards, there was enough time to get to know the team.
- What would your last employer say about you?
Registered Nurse
When you go to schedule your interview, it's done using Hirevue. Before you begin the real interview, they let you practice with 3 sample questions. Then, for the actual interview, you'll get 6 behavioral questions. If you don't like your answer, you can re-record it up to 3 times. This way, you can make sure you're showing the hiring team your best self.
- Can you describe your approach to prioritizing tasks to ensure excellent patient care?
Registered Nurse
The interview process was super unorganized. It felt like an automated system, not aligned with the manager's real availability. A phlebotomist asked me about my salary expectations, which I thought was weird. I was dressed for a formal interview but was rushed around the building and given a lab coat to observe a phlebotomist. I had to mention I was a nurse for them to even realize why I was there.
- Standard/STAR method questions were asked online.
