I accepted the offer on September 11, 2025, and will start on October 13, 2025. The recruitment team was professional, transparent, and supportive. Thanks to the Recruiter and Processing Manager for making it smooth. The company's culture, vision, and the team's enthusiasm were impressive. It's a place that values collaboration, innovation, and growth. Excited to start, contribute, and grow with the team.

Initial interviews were good and conversational. Then came the test portion. I had a pet loss and asked for a few more days to submit it, wanting to do my best. I got a response saying they need someone who can manage and deliver work under challenging circumstances, implying I should 'suck it up' even through loss. This response showed me their company values and that I dodged a bullet by not joining them.

The recruiter gave me a call to talk for about 30 minutes, they shared some info about the company and asked about my background and skills. Then, two days later, I got an email saying they wanted me to talk to the hiring manager and asked for my availability for the next week. I gave them my availability for the next week and they scheduled an interview for the following Friday. But on Friday morning, the interview was cancelled without much explanation and I was told that was the end of the process. The job is still posted on LinkedIn.

The talent acquisition partner was super friendly and conversational during the initial phone screening. They gave me space to talk about my professional goals to make sure we were aligned on the position. They set up my next meeting right then with the Sr. Production Manager. A week later, I had a video call with her and two other women. That interview went deep into the position and my work experience. Instead of a bunch of situational questions, they asked specific questions about me based on my resume and character, which felt natural. An hour later, I got a call with an offer. It was a super fast and efficient process!
