It seemed promising and they mentioned a follow-up with the hiring manager. I mentioned I was unemployed due to the pandemic layoffs, and the recruiter's tone shifted. They said they'd get back to me, but after weeks of follow-up, they said they went with someone else. I never got feedback on my screening, and I suspect they discriminate against the unemployed during the pandemic.
