So, the typical hiring flow involves 5 rounds. First, there's an MCQ/Written Test where shortlisted candidates are filtered based on objective questions covering aptitude, technical basics, or domain-specific knowledge. My tip here is to practice time management and accuracy. After that, we have a Group Discussion (GD) to evaluate communication, confidence, listening skills, and teamwork. For the GD, my tip is to be clear, concise, and respectful, and support your points with examples. Then comes the Technical Interview, a deep dive into your technical expertise (oops, c#, sql query, project). For this, revise fundamentals, prepare real-world scenarios, and practice explaining solutions step-by-step. Following that is the Managerial Round, which tests problem-solving, leadership, decision-making, and alignment with team goals. My tip here is to share experiences where you handled challenges, managed conflicts, or showed initiative. Lastly, the HR Round is a final check for cultural fit, salary expectations, and career goals. Be honest, professional, and show enthusiasm for the role, that's my tip!

Betsol came to my college for campus placements. It was a 5-round process. First was an online assessment in college, mainly DSA and aptitude. Then, a Group Discussion on non-technical topics. Round 3 was Technical, covering CN, DBMS, OOPS, 2 simple DSA questions, 1 SQL query, and project-based questions. Round 4 was a Manager Round with scenario-based and DSA questions; some others got OS and CN questions. The last round was HR, asking basic questions about family, why Betsol, etc.

The interview was pretty chill and everyone was nice and professional. They asked me to talk about some projects I did, so I got to explain how I solve problems, what tech I used, and what happened because of my work. Then we talked about SQL, like different queries, joins, and how to make them faster. I explained how I know databases and used SQL before. They also asked about OOP stuff, like inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and abstraction, and I gave examples of how I used them. Near the end, there were some questions about data structures where I had to pick the best one for a situation and say why. It felt more like a chat than an exam, which was cool.
