First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Betsol.
Software Engineer
Betsol came to my college for campus placements. It was a 5-round process. First was an online assessment in college, mainly DSA and aptitude. Then, a Group Discussion on non-technical topics. Round 3 was Technical, covering CN, DBMS, OOPS, 2 simple DSA questions, 1 SQL query, and project-based questions. Round 4 was a Manager Round with scenario-based and DSA questions; some others got OS and CN questions. The last round was HR, asking basic questions about family, why Betsol, etc.
- Find the second largest element in an array with just one loop.
- Can you determine if a given string is a palindrome?
- Explain how state is handled in React.
Software Engineer
The interviewer was being really difficult, not accepting any of my answers even when they were correct. They seemed to only want one specific answer and wouldn't consider any alternatives, which made the interview tough.
- When adding array elements, is it simpler to remove items from a linked list or an array?
Software Trainee
The interview process included a challenging test focused heavily on operating systems, followed by a group discussion. After the test and GD, there were two technical rounds held on campus, then a manager round and finally an HR round.
- Can you explain concepts related to Operating Systems?
- What are the concepts of Automata theory?
- Do you know about DBMS?
