The interview process was excellent from start to finish. I had great conversations with everyone, and it didn't feel like I was just 'playing the game.' The discussions were straightforward, focusing on logistical aspects and values to determine compatibility from both sides. The questions asked were relevant, and I felt all my concerns were addressed. I was also given contact information for any further questions. The entire process was completed in a tight timeframe, and they were flexible with my timeline needs.

The first round was pretty chill and easygoing. The interviewer was really nice. It was a breeze, and they got back to me really quickly to set up a second round. I haven't done the second round yet, but I'm looking forward to it.
- What particularly caught your eye about this job opening?
Associate Publisher
The interviews were pretty quick. They started with a basic getting-to-know-you chat and then moved into discussing the pros and cons of a mostly remote job. The second interview focused on how your skills relate to selling ads and working with the company. This was especially relevant to the third call with the Productivity Coach lead, who explained what would be expected of you once you start selling and closing deals. It's a two-way street.
- In what ways do you envision connecting with our company, and how do you anticipate the company will connect with you?
Graphic Designer
I initially interviewed for a "sister company" that was hard to find info on. There were 2 video interviews and a design assessment over a month. I was told they chose someone else and couldn't share why. My resume was sent to BVM, and I was contacted the next day for another design assessment. Again, I was not selected and was ghosted when I asked for feedback. This wasn't my first time applying; previously, I didn't even get an interview. The whole process took way too long and being ghosted afterwards wasn't surprising.
- Can you tell me which Adobe software you know how to use?
