The interview process was fantastic. The company has a supportive culture built on honesty and values. Scheduling was wonderful, and they provided fast-paced, no-nonsense explanations of the culture and processes. I especially loved that they included a 'day in the life of a publisher' session. I applied online and soon after got an auto-generated message. It had two videos and a request for a phone interview. I sent my availability and resume. The phone interview was short. They asked about my background and then talked about the company, its circulation, and growth. I decided not to continue because the job is 100% commission with no benefits. The company seems great for motivated salespeople who know local businesses. I just wasn't comfortable without benefits or a base salary.
