The hiring process took no more than 10 days and involved 3 interviews. The environment was very informal and designed to make candidates feel at ease. The first interview was with HR, the second with the office manager, and the third with the manager of the relevant area.

I went through 4 interview rounds for this job, and it was pretty straightforward. It started with an HR chat, then two technical interviews, and finally a chat with the direct manager, which was a positive experience.

Applied online via Linkedin. Next day, HR called to schedule a phone interview for the following week. The phone interview with the hiring manager went well, and they said my experience was a good fit. They then sent a personality assessment and requested another phone interview with HR. This HR call also went well. After waiting about 3 weeks, I scheduled an in-person interview. However, the Hiring Manager wanted to interview me at Starbucks instead of the office. We went to Starbucks, but it was too crowded, so we moved to a restaurant next door. It was very noisy, making it hard to hear the interview questions. The interview was okay, but I never heard back from anyone.

I got a call from the hiring manager to set up an interview. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager. After that, I got another call to schedule a meeting with the Director of Operations. About two weeks after that, I got the offer. The interview was pretty straightforward, focusing more on personality than my actual work history or experience. They asked questions about myself, conflict resolution, work ethic, integrity, and attitude.

  • Could you give an example of a conflict you've resolved?
