Applied online. Had one video interview, then got a PI assessment. I followed up and was told to take the assessment, and I let the interviewer know I already submitted it. They said they would check internally and then nothing, ghosted.

The interview process was straightforward. It started with a phone interview with a corporate recruiter, followed by an onsite interview at the local branch. Unfortunately, the manager I met with onsite didn't follow up after the interview to share the outcome, even after I sent two follow-up emails. I found that to be pretty rude and unprofessional, leaving me waiting for news like that.

I got a call from the hiring manager to set up an interview. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager. After that, I got another call to schedule a meeting with the Director of Operations. About two weeks after that, I got the offer. The interview was pretty straightforward, focusing more on personality than my actual work history or experience. They asked questions about myself, conflict resolution, work ethic, integrity, and attitude.
