I had an online interview with two people. It was a general chat about me and the company, followed by a presentation I'd prepared on a specific topic. They were nice and didn't ask anything too tricky. My advice is to check out their website to get familiar with their products and goals.

The interview process consisted of 3 phases: a phone interview, followed by a panel interview, and then a skills assessment. The HR team was responsive to questions and provided clear explanations. The interview included members of the team I would be working with, and they were very open to any questions I had about the company.

I applied online and heard back a couple weeks after the deadline from Laura for an initial screening call. After that, I was invited to an interview. The interview had two parts: first, we talked about the Bentley values (which I got beforehand), and second, I gave a presentation. I got the offer a few weeks later, with Laura keeping me updated throughout the process because of some changes happening at Bentley. Overall, it was a good experience.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was an online thing with two parts. First part was like general Bentley behavior questions and the second was a presentation. I talked to 4 hiring managers. The first two asked about situations from my projects or experiences. The last two asked me to do a 10-minute presentation on why I want to work at Bentley and what I can bring to the company.
