I applied online. I had two interviews which didn't go well after I did presentations and failed the technical test. Then, I had a pre-interview for a third role, but the HR person ghosted me. I tried emailing them, but no response. The interviews were mostly presentations about how great the company is, which was kind of boring. They didn't seem enthusiastic or have a clear vision, just doing what management told them. Maybe my salary expectations were too high.
