Account Manager
The interview process was smooth and easy. It felt like a natural conversation that flowed well, with questions related to my current and previous roles. I enjoyed discussing specific examples of my experience. The interviewers were lovely and seemed engaged throughout.

Customer Service Representative
I applied online and after about two weeks, I got a call asking me to come in for an interview. I had a face-to-face interview with two women and one person on Zoom. It went for more than an hour. I felt pretty good about it. But then, nothing for a week and a half. I emailed them and they said I'd have another interview at a different branch. So I went for that second interview two days later. They asked me the exact same questions, and I gave the same answers. I thought I'd get a yes this time, but nope, another two-week wait until I emailed them again. This time, they said they'd emailed everyone and updated the status online, which wasn't true. After my email, someone from the bank called, thanking me for applying and saying I was a top candidate. But then they said if I had a degree, they would have considered me. Like, seriously? Why wait so long to tell me I needed a degree for an entry-level job that didn't even mention needing one and said they'd train on the job?

Analyst
The interview was virtual. First was a phone screening, then I met with hiring managers. The third round was with the head of the business, who was with another person. They asked technical and behavioral questions. The interview with the head of the department was awkward; he mentioned to the other person before we started that he had another appointment and wouldn't be able to stay long. They kept talking to each other during the interview, which was pretty rude. They said they'd let me know by the next Monday, but I've been ghosted since. They never accepted or rejected my application, and I haven't received any feedback or response to my emails. It was a complete waste of time.

The interview with the head of the department was a bit off-putting as he mentioned to the other person before the interview started that he had another appointment, so he wouldn't be able to stay long. Quality Engineering Manager
The interviewers seemed extremely disengaged and uninterested, which really set me off from the start. The questions were very repetitive, and when I pointed out the repetitive answers due to the repetitive questions, I received feedback for giving repetitive answers, which I found shocking. Another thing I noticed is that the interviewers have been with the same company for the past 20 and 9 years, respectively, and don't seem to know much about the latest technology and approaches used in testing. I'd say it was a total waste of my time.
