It was easy and relaxed, not too formal. The people interviewing me were friendly, and overall it was a positive experience. They gave me info on what's next pretty quickly.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and after about two weeks, I got a call asking me to come in for an interview. I had a face-to-face interview with two women and one person on Zoom. It went for more than an hour. I felt pretty good about it. But then, nothing for a week and a half. I emailed them and they said I'd have another interview at a different branch. So I went for that second interview two days later. They asked me the exact same questions, and I gave the same answers. I thought I'd get a yes this time, but nope, another two-week wait until I emailed them again. This time, they said they'd emailed everyone and updated the status online, which wasn't true. After my email, someone from the bank called, thanking me for applying and saying I was a top candidate. But then they said if I had a degree, they would have considered me. Like, seriously? Why wait so long to tell me I needed a degree for an entry-level job that didn't even mention needing one and said they'd train on the job?

First, I applied online and took a pymetrics test. A few days later, I had a phone interview with someone from the office. They asked standard questions like what I'm currently doing, how my previous job was, and my availability.
