It was a very long and rigorous process. You are given three exams, and you have to pass them to move forward. These three exams are numerical cognitive tests, and there's one more psychological test. Not all of them are complicated, but you have to be very fast.

The process was slow, they didn't provide feedback and didn't announce if the process was stopped or if I passed the interview stages. The process took 3 months and they didn't tell me the hiring was dropped until they contacted me for another position.

The selection process took about a month. It started with a group activity. Then, there was an HR interview where I had to introduce myself, talk about what I do, why I want to work there, what I'm looking for, and my goals. After that, based on test scores, I chose a department for my internship, which led to an interview with the department head.
