Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Belcorp.
Analyst
It was a three round interview process. I spoke with people from different departments and roles. They asked me average professional questions about my background, performance, and challenges. They were very punctual and professional. There were also evaluations of my logic, math, and behavior.
- Tell me about your background.
- What has been your performance like?
- What challenges have you faced?
Analyst
After applying, they send you a message to your email and schedule an interview afterwards. The HR people are very friendly and it feels comfortable talking to them. They may schedule more interviews depending on the position you apply for.
- Tell me about your aspirations.
- What do you like to do in your free time?
- Can you share your professional background?
Analyst
Got contacted on LinkedIn. Then there were some SHL tests - Numeric and Inductive (the Inductive one is easy, the former seems to be but really is not), then all the interview process. The interview process is basic, you have to go through a range of interviews. At the end I had to prepare a case and do the presentation to Manager and Director.
- Basic interview Questions. Most preparation should come from the SHL Tests
