The first step was a series of intuitive and math tests. I would have preferred a different type of screening beforehand, as I found this one particularly challenging due to the limited time to complete it, which created a lot of pressure and tension.

First, there's an inductive and numerical evaluation, then an Assessment Center, followed by interviews with HR and leaders. All steps are exclusive, and you'll always be notified of the results via email. These interviews include a psychometric test, an individual part, and finally a group part. Based on the psychometric test results, a pre-selection is made to proceed to the interview with the direct head of the Area to which the vacancy was applied.

Then, there was an HR interview where I had to introduce myself, talk about what I do, why I want to work there, what I'm looking for, and my goals. After that, based on test scores, I chose a department for my internship, which led to an interview with the department head.
