Technical Case

It was 7 rounds total, including a case study. This was a while ago. They asked a lot of technical questions. I could answer them, but at some point, it felt like the interviewers were asking way beyond what was necessary, until I didn't know. I felt it was unnecessary and they were just swinging their ego to make sure I knew they were better.

Case Presentation Behavioral

I went through a process that involved a case study and then interviews with two supervisors. The communication was difficult because I was often put on hold without clear information. An outside consultant managed the process and also lacked clear answers about what was next. After a significant delay, the process resumed.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was a mix of technical and cultural fit assessments. A lot of culture questions were asked, along with a deep dive into previous deal experience. The technical part wasn't the hardest, but they expect you to know the market and what sets the company apart from other boutiques in the industry.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Can you describe a difficult obstacle you encountered in a past deal?
  • Tell me about a challenging situation you faced during a deal.
  • What makes this firm stand out compared to other boutique firms in the industry?
