First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at BCforward,.
Account Executive
The interview process had 3 steps: first a corporate recruiter, then the VP of Sales, and finally the Director of Client Development. After finishing the last interview, they decided to give me an offer. The whole process was pretty fast and easy, with no unexpected questions or interview length.
- Can you elaborate on your experience selling services to large Enterprise accounts?
- What methods did you find most successful for business growth?
- How did you successfully grow business in your previous roles?
Janitor
The recruiter wanted to edit my resume before submitting it for me. He wouldn't give me any details about the job, only that I'd make $18/hour as a janitor. My background is in front desk and office work. I had trouble understanding him because he had a strong accent and his mic was too close to his mouth. I asked him to adjust it, and he acknowledged, but he didn't keep it that way for long.
- Do you want me to change your latest job title from Night Auditor to overnight janitor on your resume?
Cloud Architect
Recruiters at BC used a few phone interviews to understand my skills and experience, then presented them to their clients. The recruiters were really persistent with the client, emphasizing that my skills and experience were exactly what they were looking for. There was a lot of back and forth with the client. When I eventually joined the project and started delivering for the client, it became apparent that the client didn't fully grasp what they needed. They were, however, very impressed with the skills I brought to the table. It's really thanks to the BC recruiters' tenacity that such a productive match was made.
- Could you tell me about your past projects, the roles you took on, and the products you've released?
Ads Risk Analyst
I interviewed at the company's downtown Austin office for the project I was applying for. After signing in with security, I was taken to a room where two interviewers met me. They asked me about my current job and posed some abstract questions to gauge how I think and make decisions. I left and got a call with a job offer about a week later.
- Would you prioritize individual work performance over teamwork and overall effectiveness?
