Had an initial phone screen, then two rounds of in-person interviews. The first in-person was with 3 people, including the practice manager. The second interview was a week later and had six people on it, four of them project managers and the rest Practice Directors. The project managers were typing on their computers and didn't make much eye contact, even when they asked stuff. The Practice Director was really positive about the job.

I went through 3 phone interviews and then 2 live interviews. They wanted to do an in-depth evaluation. I felt like they needed to explain the business model better though. They never discussed any possible assignments that I would be given if hired. Work was discussed in extremely vague terms.
