It was a very short process. I had one screening call with the recruiter, followed by an interview with the contractor. I got hired within three days. Onboarding was a bit of a headache, though. All in all, it was very easy.

I had two interviews, first with the delivery manager. Then the HR team spoke with me to sort out the salary. After that, they sent the offer letter right away.

I interviewed with Accenture and then was processed for onboarding with BC Forward, which was kind of a bait and switch from Accenture. I didn't clear the background check, and I didn't get any emails from the company about the background delays. I emailed Accenture and withdrew from the offer because another company offered me a position. I reviewed the Hire Right report and was confused about why there were background delays. In the end, neither Accenture nor BC acknowledged the issue. BC Forward was totally unresponsive and gave me conflicting information.
