The interview process was quick and took about 3 weeks. It included a take-home assignment and then a final interview where we reviewed how I completed it. Everyone was very friendly. It seems like a good company to work for.

My interview experience started with an HR from Sri Lanka reaching out about a week after I applied. They offered some slots for the first interview and even sent an interview guide, promising to keep me updated. The first round with the Hiring Manager went well; she provided details about the role, the next steps, and preparation advice, estimating the entire process would take under two weeks. The following day, HR confirmed I passed the first round and provided options for the second interview with the Hiring Manager's superior. This second interview was brief, around 20 minutes, as the interviewer was pressed for time. Unfortunately, things took a turn after that. When I followed up after a few days regarding the outcome, the HR didn't respond, despite their earlier promise. They then reposted the job opening. I followed up again, expressing my respect for their decision but requesting feedback, as I felt I performed well in both rounds and the interviewers seemed pleased. I couldn't understand why I wasn't selected and sought at least some explanation. The HR remained unresponsive. I then tried contacting the Hiring Manager via LinkedIn, but received no reply. I also messaged the HR on WhatsApp, but was ignored for the third time. Finally, I reached out to the second interviewer on LinkedIn, believing she might have been the deciding factor, but again, no response. In total, I tried to get an update or feedback five times after the interviews, with no one replying, which contradicts their initial email promise. My impression is they are only proactive when they see potential value in a candidate. The initial stages were very swift, but once they decide against you, they simply ghost you. While the interviewers were pleasant, the lack of communication and respect for my time and effort, including traveling to their office twice, raises questions about the company culture and their claims of employee respect. Their promises also seem unreliable.

I went for a walk-in interview on May 23rd, 2025. They asked if I could join immediately. I told them my notice period is 15 days, and HR was fine with that. The next day, they wanted me to join by June 2nd. I reiterated that I could only join after my 15-day notice. They asked me to wait for an update after two days. I waited for over a week with no response. I tried calling, but no one picked up. I'm really disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication from HR. It feels like a waste of time and effort traveling so far for a walk-in interview and then not hearing back. If the job was withdrawn or no longer available, an email would have been nice. I hope they improve communication with candidates.

It was a very lengthy process, I experienced a multi-stage interview process that required a strong background and excellent communication skills, including interviews with the hiring manager, a secondary manager, and the team. After receiving notification that my application had advanced, I waited 12 days for a screening call, after which an interview with the hiring manager was promptly scheduled. Ultimately, I was not selected, despite the lengthy and rigorous process.
