I went for a walk-in interview on May 23rd, 2025. They asked if I could join immediately. I told them my notice period is 15 days, and HR was fine with that. The next day, they wanted me to join by June 2nd. I reiterated that I could only join after my 15-day notice. They asked me to wait for an update after two days. I waited for over a week with no response. I tried calling, but no one picked up. I'm really disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication from HR. It feels like a waste of time and effort traveling so far for a walk-in interview and then not hearing back. If the job was withdrawn or no longer available, an email would have been nice. I hope they improve communication with candidates.

I interviewed with the HR Manager and Operations Manager for the Sri Lanka division. It was a really good experience. They were both very professional and made me feel welcome. We had a good conversation where they shared insights and were approachable. It gave me a good vibe about the company culture and values. I liked talking to them.
