I had a first-round interview scheduled, but the interviewer didn't show up at the scheduled time. After I followed up to show I was still interested, they rescheduled me for the next week, but then canceled the interview 20 minutes before it was supposed to start because of a "business-critical meeting." I agreed to reschedule for the next day, but didn't get a confirmation. The following week, they reached out again to schedule a meeting on short notice. I suggested an alternative time for the next day, and they confirmed. However, the interview was rescheduled again just two hours before the meeting. After two weeks of constant last-minute cancellations and bad communication, I decided to withdraw my application.

The HR team seems quite junior and lacks in-depth knowledge. While some HR reps are experienced, they appear to simply check off items on a list and don't truly grasp the value of a candidate's experience. I'd advise against applying. There have also been instances of candidates being ghosted and a general lack of follow-up.

So first there was like a 30 minute phone screen. Then they had me come in to meet two senior R&D Engineers. It was split half and half, like typical background questions and then a case study on designing a pen because customers were complaining about caps falling off. After that, I got a take-home challenge to do in 24 hours, which involved a SolidWorks model and a full report. Then I had a second interview with an R&D Manager and another senior R&D Engineer. Mostly we talked about the design I submitted, like what I'd change with more time and potential issues in real-world use. They also asked some brief questions about my interest in the job, which I'd already covered. I got rejected the day after that interview.
