Candidate-reported interview process
There was a 30-minute hiring manager interview where they asked behavioral questions, probed into projects, and assessed culture fit. Before that, HR conducted a background check. This is the standard process.
It was tough, with consulting-style case study questions and behavioral questions. The team seemed solid and hard-working, full of competent people. I reached out to analysts and associates for intros and was able to advance to the superday.
It started with live case interviews and behaviorals, then later a timed modeling test that assessed accounting and finance skills, Excel skills, and business judgement.
