It was a pleasant experience, with two interview rounds. The first was online, and the second was in person. I didn't do a great job justifying my steps in each part, which is why I didn't make it to the final round. The feedback I got was fair.
I had two interviews with HR focused on general experience. Then I met with one of the VPs on the team for a general discussion about the industry, my interest in the role, and my knowledge of the firm and the market. The next step was supposed to be a super day with case studies, but I didn't advance to that stage.
Had 2 rounds of interviews. The first round had 2 interviews, each lasting 45 minutes. The second round had 6 interviews that took place over 4 hours. I met with pretty much the entire fund team, including the partners, twice. Got the offer within a week of the last interview.
