It was a set of 5 minute calls with the team and it was very common interview questions. Very straight forward and no technical questions. I would say that it was straight forward.
The interview process started with a first round that included both behavioral and technical interviews, which were back-to-back. After that, there was a Super day which had three case studies in a row, followed by a casual coffee chat. The interviews focused heavily on case studies, and questions about why Bain Cap and why credit were also asked.
It was a good interview process. The questions were mostly behavioral, so make sure you know the financial basics for this field. Everyone was really nice and the environment felt inclusive.
