I initially connected with them at a campus career fair and had a good initial impression. After applying online, there was a gap before they reached out to schedule an interview at their facility. I completed the interview process, and although they indicated it went well, I ultimately did not receive a follow-up.
I had a phone screening with HR, and then an in-person interview with the Corporate Director. The in-person interview was pretty brief, like 30 minutes. It turned out we both agreed it wasn't the right fit. The director was super direct, which was good, saved time. He was straight up about the job's workload and what he expects.
I chatted with a campus recruiter and then submitted an online application. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview. I met with an analyst and a manager. It was a really friendly conversation, and they were both very nice. They asked some typical questions, and I got an offer about five days later.
