I initially connected with them at a campus career fair and had a good initial impression. After applying online, there was a gap before they reached out to schedule an interview at their facility. I completed the interview process, and although they indicated it went well, I ultimately did not receive a follow-up.
The interview process was alright. It was a while ago since I got my bachelor's degree, but the interview went smoothly even though three people from HR and the technical department were present.
The process started with a 30 mins call with HR. Then, there was a 1-hour call with 2 Techies from the team. They covered technical aspects, asked me to explain my CV, and some leadership questions. The final step was a 2-hour in-person meeting with technical members, a Board member, COE, and the CEO. They asked about my CV, technical skills, my motivation for b braun and this position, and general questions about my goals, long-term commitment, why I'm in Germany, and my interests outside work. It's very important to know the company well, its history, the job description, and be prepared for questions about your future and suitability for the role. Be confident!
