Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was not good, I did not like how they treated people.

The hiring process started with an initial screening where I submitted my resume and filled out an online form. After that, I had a video chat with HR to talk about my background, what drives me, and my career goals. Then, I went through a technical interview with the hiring manager for the department, where we delved into my past projects. The whole experience was straightforward, well-organized, and let me showcase my skills step-by-step.

They seemed to think I was a perfect fit, but when it came time for the offer, nothing materialized. I also didn't get any information on why they passed on me.
