Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process involved a recruiter call, followed by interviews with the sales director and the C-suite team, and finally the CEO. It was a multi-stage process with different people involved, and many questions were repeated. Everything was done virtually. The role is remote. It was basically your standard hiring process these days. Everyone I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable about the position.

Six interviews is a bit much and a total waste of time, especially when they ask the same questions over and over. By the third interview, the company should know if I'm a good fit or not. Total waste of my time and this is a strong indication of the company’s culture.

Recruiter conducted a 30-minute interview, covering my past experience and then inquiring about salary and sponsorship expectations. They asked questions related to all the companies I've worked at, making it feel like a behavioral interview.
