I'll say the interview process was great. We had a lot to talk about and they were friendly and the interview process was a quick one. Friendly and smiling faces that you don't get scared.
This was a pretty standard interview process for a medicare sales role. It was quick and simple, with average questions. The interviewer was very knowledgeable. Not sure what else to say, but that's it.
So, I spent a really long time interviewing with this company, way longer than usual. I think I answered around 50 questions, and honestly, it felt like they just pulled them from a quick Google search. It became pretty clear I was overqualified, especially when I mentioned my previous earnings of six figures in sales, which they should have caught earlier. After all that time wasted in their office, they dropped the bomb that their sales roles don't offer that kind of earning potential. This whole experience was a joke.
