The interview process was pretty standard. They didn't ask any unusual questions. It mostly focused on previous experience and the reasons for applying to their company. The questions were quite direct in eliciting the information they sought, yet they were also open-ended, making it comfortable to share prior experiences and how one would be a good fit.
I was impressed about how the interview process was going. Recruiter and Hiring Managers were very helpful and open to answer any of my questions. Important point is that they were keeping me updated about outcomes of every stage of the process.
The interview process was pretty straightforward at first. The first interview was just a get-to-know-you phone call, and the second interview was with the department manager. I was told they'd let me know about next steps by a certain date, but I never heard back. It's not that hard to send a rejection email.
