I submitted my application via LinkedIn and got text updates. The interview process started with a one-way video recording, followed by a live virtual session. Initially, there was a group activity, then a one-on-one meeting with a supervisor or hiring manager. They were really good at keeping me informed about my status throughout.
the process is straightforward. started with a recruiter phone screen to talk about the position and high-level skills. then a phone screen with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview. after that, there was a technical team interview, and then some technical questions about how we fit in.
It was a video interview with 10 questions and a pre-interview with HR. The questions were pretty straightforward, all customer service related. You get two tries for each question, so be truthful. You gotta be comfortable talking to a screen and hearing your own voice, speak clearly, and try not to look away.
