I submitted my resume online, and the next day I got an email asking about my availability for a phone interview. I ended up speaking with the hiring manager over the phone. After that, I went in for an on-site interview to meet the rest of the team.

The employer got back to me quickly. I had a phone screen, then talked to the recruiter, and finally had a main interview with the head of the department. It was surprisingly not very technical for a QA role, mostly asking about career development. Even though I didn't get the job, I felt like I did well in the interview. I think they went with someone who had a degree instead of experience.

The recruiter was super eager to schedule an interview fast. I talked with him and gave more info than he needed. He told me to do a video interview but then just sent a rejection email without any feedback. I tried calling and left a few messages, but it went to voicemail. Just wanted to share this to show the company's culture.
