I made it to three rounds. The first two were technical, and the last one was managerial. The first round involved a coding test where I had to write programs related to linked lists and then discuss sorting algorithms. The second round focused on a technical discussion about the projects I'd previously worked on.
I had a few interviews. First, I talked to the manager about the role and to see if I'd fit in. Then, I met with HR and some future teammates. Lastly, I spoke with my manager again, the director, and the general manager. They were all really professional and honest. It didn't feel like a sales pitch; they genuinely wanted to find the best match for both sides. With each interview, I felt more confident about Availity as a company and the people I'd be working with.
First, there was a technical test covering design, coding, and SQL. Then, I had multiple interviews with members of the scrum teams. It was cool talking with them, and each team had their own questions.
