Candidate-reported interview process

I met with my current manager at a recruiter's office. We had a 5 minute chat, then I came back for another interview at the office. I'm pretty sure the person who interviewed me was stuck doing it because their manager was too busy.

HR reached out and set up an in-person test at their main office. This was a tough test lasting about 2-3 hours, designed to see if I'd be a good fit for the company culture. They asked questions about imaginary situations and real past job experiences to gauge my personality. There were also some simple math and logic questions. After that, I met with a group of 4 people from the team I'd be working with, plus the Marketing Manager who leads that team.

First, I had to take a personality test. Then, I had a phone interview with an HR person. After that, I went in person to interview with two sales managers. The managers seemed to care more about whether I had solid sales experience rather than insurance knowledge.
