I applied and heard back within a few days for a phone interview. The final interview was virtual about a week later, pretty easy, lasting about 30-40 minutes. I got the job offer about 2 days after the interview.
The interview process can be quite long and involves a test that must be passed to move forward. They do a thorough screening of all candidates to ensure they can manage the demands of this high-stress role.
The first interview was great, but the second one wasn't. I was interviewed and consistently ignored. The interviewer would start talking to other people in the same room and then start critiquing me. They force you to roleplay and then critique your performance. I was told to ad lib with no understanding or explanation of what I was doing and then provided feedback on how to improve. She also repeatedly stated information about the benefits package that disagreed with what I understood. When I'd ask her, she became irritated. She claims the company protects employees from abuse but couldn't explain or go over any ways it does.
