I was given ample time to prepare notes and respond to each behavioral question. I was informed that I would be placed in the merit pool if my performance was deemed competitive. The two interviewers were friendly and made me feel at ease. I received a lot of information in advance to help me get ready for the online interview.
The interview experience was good, but there were long gaps between stages, leaving uncertainty about my standing. The entire recruitment process needs a revamp because it's not candidate-friendly. I suspect I'll accept another job offer and have to decline this one.
We started with a phone interview and then I went in for a physical meeting where there was a panel discussion. Two people were there in person and one person joined via teleconference. They all asked me questions directly related to my UX skills and how I handle service delivery.
