I had a phone interview, which was very professional and not too difficult. It lasted about 20 minutes. I got an email with the outcome not long after.
First I did 3 computer based tests: a typing speed and accuracy test, a mock call centre test, and a literacy test. I got feedback on my scores after finishing them all and I did well. A few days later, I got an email for a video interview. It was with a computer, not a person. Questions popped up on the screen, and I had 2 minutes to record my answers. After that, there was a security clearance, and then I got a job offer. I'm still waiting to start even though the contract started 2 months ago.
It was an online pre-recorded interview. You'll get several questions, and for each one, you have a set amount of time to answer. All of these are behavioral questions, so you'll need to talk about times you've done things before.
