Candidate-reported interview process

First stage was very long short answer questions designed to test your personality. There were 6 questions total, and each one needed a 50-150 word answer. They recommended 25-30min to finish, but it actually took me more time.

After submitting your online application and completing three online assessments, you'll have a video interview. This interview will be recorded in real-time. You'll get two minutes to prepare for each question and then about two and a half minutes to respond.

It was a long interview process to get into the graduate program, with a few stages. The main part was a solo interview where I did a presentation, and then it was pretty standard government job interview.
