Candidate-reported interview process

Started with a quick screening call with the recruiting team to get to know me. Then, I had a technical, role-play style interview with some of the potential managers for the team I was interviewing with. It was pretty difficult and the details given beforehand were vague.

First a nice small talk, then questions about your professional life and CV. They ask more detailed questions about important skills, like asking for specific examples of successful work in a dynamic environment.

The first interview was pretty interesting and professional. The second one was only 10 minutes but felt really positive. They actually ended up offering me two different roles that were even better than what I applied for, but then I never heard back from them after that.
