Started with a quick screening call with the recruiting team to get to know me. Then, I had a technical, role-play style interview with some of the potential managers for the team I was interviewing with. It was pretty difficult and the details given beforehand were vague.
The process was a bit drawn out. They were actively interviewing but hadn't reached a hiring decision, which felt like a waste of time. It would be better if they began interviewing only when they were ready to make an offer. The interview itself, however, was quite positive, and I really liked the interviewer.
The interview process was great up until the hiring manager stage. They were extremely judgmental and asked really uncomfortable, inappropriate questions. It felt like a complete interrogation, and they showed zero interest in anything other than making the company money and exploiting employees. Seriously, don't waste your time here.
