Candidate-reported interview process

First a nice small talk, then questions about your professional life and CV. They ask more detailed questions about important skills, like asking for specific examples of successful work in a dynamic environment.

It's a thorough process where you'll meet with leadership and teammates. They're upfront about expectations and how to succeed. You can really own your work, and it's a great role for driven individuals who want to help others, both internally and by consulting with clients and candidates.

First, I had a phone screen with the internal recruiter. Then, I had another phone call with the Dallas lead. After those first two steps, I had an in-person meeting where the recruiter, the Dallas lead, and another manager were present. I had to prepare a 15-20 minute presentation for this meeting, and the rest of the time was spent in an open discussion.
