First, I had a phone screen with the internal recruiter. Then, I had another phone call with the Dallas lead. After those first two steps, I had an in-person meeting where the recruiter, the Dallas lead, and another manager were present. I had to prepare a 15-20 minute presentation for this meeting, and the rest of the time was spent in an open discussion.
