So, first I had this phone call, it was pretty detailed and went for about 15 minutes. After that, I went in for an in-person interview at their main office downtown. Both interviews were, like, pretty standard time-wise.
The interview process was very straightforward and the hiring manager was very approachable and pleasant. They clearly explained the job expectations and duties, and provided a good understanding of the salary range. My advice is to just be yourself and avoid overthinking it.
I applied online and it took about a week for them to call me back. The interview was pretty easy, and everyone I talked to was friendly, so it was a good experience. I ended up speaking with the director of food.
